Try this Super Easy Prune Trail Mix For a Midday Snack
Much healthier than store-bought varieties, this prune trail mix will help with bone health and improve digestion.

- 1/2 cup mixed nuts
- 1/2 cup pumpkin or sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup California prunes chopped
- 1/2 cup mixed dried fruit raisins, cranberries, chopped apricots
- 1/2 cup toasted oat ring cereal
- In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients and store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
