La Belle Capsicum
Red bell pepper and herb liqueur add a unique touch to this Scotch-and-whisky cocktail that’s fit for the boys.

- 1/4 red bell pepper seeded
- 1 oz Scotch liqueur (McGuinness's pick: Drambuie)
- 1/2 oz whisky
- 2 tsp herb liqueur (McGuinness's pick: Fernet Branca)
- 2 oz white grape juice
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Muddle red pepper in a shaker (after reserving 3 tiny slivers). Add remaining ingredients and fill shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish with reserved red pepper slivers.
