- Preheat grill on medium high.
- Brush corn with oil and place directly on grill, turning every 5 to 10 minutes until nicely cooked and charred in places, for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Slather hot corn with mayonnaise and sprinkle with chili powder.
- Squeeze lime over corn and enjoy hot.
