There’s a large group of people – celebrities included – who believe that marijuana is a great natural medicine that helps cure whatever ails you. Though she recently gave it all up, Miley Cyrus is a very staunch supporter of cannabis and the legalization of marijuana. She once called it “the best drug on earth” and told fans to smoke weed instead of cigarettes because “weed has never killed anybody.”

Word on the street is that Snoop smokes a whopping 81 blunts each day. The rapper is one of the original marijuana supporters, regularly smoking in his music videos and on stage during concert tours.

Etheridge, a breast cancer survivor, has been a cannabis activist since she started using the drug in 2005 to treat the side effects of chemotherapy. She now has her own company, Etheridge Farms, that produces legal cannabis products in California.
